About
My name is Radha. I am a spiritual coach and mentor, and this work is the deepest expression of who I am. I believe that every person carries within them an unshakeable inner wisdom and that sometimes, all we need is a gentle space to remember it.
My story
My own journey into spiritual practice began not in a temple or a retreat, but in a moment of profound stillness, a quiet afternoon when the noise of the world fell away, and I felt, for the first time, the vast peace that lives beneath everything. That moment changed the direction of my life.
For years, I studied Mental health, Vedantic philosophy, contemplative traditions, yoga, and the ancient wisdom of the Bhakti path. I sat with teachers, I sat in silence, I sat with my own darkness and my own light. Slowly, I began to understand that the spiritual path is not about becoming something other than what you are. It is about remembering what you have always been.
I began offering sessions to those who felt called to this kind of exploration, not as a guru, but as a companion. Someone who has walked through the uncertainty and found, again and again, that the ground beneath is always steady. That is what I offer: a steady presence, a listening heart, and a deep trust in your own unfolding.
My philosophy
These are the beliefs that shape every session — the quiet convictions I return to again and again in this work.
Spiritual growth is not about fixing what is broken. It is about clearing away what obscures the wholeness that was always there. My role is to help you see what you have never truly lost.
In a world that prizes noise and speed, the most radical act is to slow down and listen. The answers you seek are not outside you, they arise in the quiet spaces between thoughts.
Spiritual awakening is not only a mental or intellectual process. It lives in the breath, in sensation, in the felt sense of being alive. I work with the whole person — mind, heart, and body.
I do not hold to one tradition above another. I draw from Vedanta, Bhakti, Sufism and contemplative Christianity, whatever serves the person in front of me. Your path is your own.
